Product Description
The average pregnancy lasts 280 days and the suspense can be excruciating! The Pregnancy Countdown Book starts on Day 280 and counts down the biggest milestones every step of the way with one page of helpful information for each day of your pregnancy. Here are tips from doctors and midwives, amusing anecdotes and quotes, and occasional gory-but-necessary details (if you can define the word ‘lochia,’ you know what we’re talking about). Every page offers an interesting revelation. On Day 231, your baby will be the size of a blueberry but by Day 168, he’ll be the size of a large avocado. By Day 124, you’ll need to stop sleeping on your back; by Day 90, air travel becomes a dicey proposition. And if you haven’t pla… More >>

A very informative, fun and easy guide to all the days of your pregnancy. Susan Mcgee is an excellent writer and very funny. I laugh out loud. It makes a great gift too.

To be completely honest, I found this book to be worthless. It’s a tiny book filled with seemingly useless advice… some of which is the same advice that you will have already heard from your friends or family. The rest is common sense. If you want funny little random bits of advice or information and have some extra cash then this might be a fun read. I wanted actual information on pregnancy and useful advice. It was a let down.

I bought this book for my sister. She is really enjoying it. From what I flipped through it was really informational. Each day has a funny but actually really practical tip.

This little book has made such a big impact during my pregnancy. It is small and compact and perfect for flipping through when curious about what is happening during my pregnancy. It is not as “all encompassing” as other pregnancy reference books, but that is why I like it. It lists interesting facts that relate to every day of the pregnancy. I really enjoy the paragraphs written about interviews with real moms and their experiences. There are also paragraphs written by a doctor for a medical opinion. It is the perfect book for someone who likes to know the gist of what is happening and what to expect. I have supplemental texts if I feel the need to really study my pregnancy. The Pregnancy Countdown is a fun, interesting, quick reference book that I recommend to any expectant mom who is curious about the facts and doesn’t feel like or have time to read an encyclopedia.

Book arrived quickly and in great shape. It is a great read and helpful and interesting facts about pregnancy. The only blunder I have found so far in the book is that the length of the baby from 19, 20, and 21 weeks. 19 weeks says 6 and half inches then 20 weeks says 10 inches then the 21 week says 7 and a half so it confused me at first.
