Do some people have a mothering instinct?

A Parent asks, When i was little i was always pretending i was pregnant, dressing dolls and pushing them round in strollers, Know i knot that’s normal but i stropped when i was around 13-14. And i always wanted to have a baby when i was older, And i loved younger kids and baby sitting them. Do people have the same perspective of their childhood or am i the only one?

I have the same thing. Your not the only one. I always wanted to be a mommy but yet I wanted it with the right guy. I wasn’t going to go out and get knocked up by just anybody.
yea i was the same way!! ive wanted a baby since i could remember!! most of my friends would call me mama cause i was always really maternal with them
i was like this when i was young. So much.
By the time i was 13 i was basically praying that i would fall pregnant.
I’m 19 now, and still not a mother, (and a virgin, incidentally. i do agree with the first comment about not just going out and getting knocked up by anyone – just yet anyway)
But i’ve found that now that i’m an adult, i’ve already started planning my life so that i can start trying to conceive soon
(one of my friends told me that “if you were anymore clucky, you’d be a chicken”. i think it sums me up quite well)
