Just turned one!!!! What do I do!!!!

My son turned one last week! Wow where does the time go!!!

I haven’t got a clue what I need to do differently … I’m actually panicing as I would of just kept what I have been doing! He has three formula milks a day -aptamal- do I stop that now and give him cows milk! If so how much and how many! He’s practally eating solids now anyhow, so it’s the milk i’m
worries about x
