Will i be able to get pregnant after having an abortion?

I recently had an abortion and it’s not the first one i had. I feel really guilty but that’s something I will have to deal with on my own. Me and God. But i want to know if it’s likely for me to get pregnant again when the time is right and carry the baby to full term. I already have an adolescent child and that pregnancy went smoothly. I just need to know before i start down that path and it doesn’t work.
