well im only in grade 10 but i would say last year was the hardest. i took everything academic with math, science, french, and art (im in the advanced one that’s very hard) in one semester so i had never ending homework and struggled. this year im kind of just slacking off.

I’m not in high school yet. But my hardest school year was 7th grade definitely. Which was just last year. I had so much crap to deal with. My ‘best friend’ of 8 years, got her first boyfriend and started acting like she was the shit. That’s one friendship I’ll never miss. And it was just craziness and on top of school work!

honestly, it was my senior year.
i have always been good at school, passing everything, on the honor roll every semester and what not.
but then senior year came. and i got senoritis sooo bad. i never wanted to got to school, and when i was there, i never wanted to be there. i wouldnt come back after going on oc [off campus]. but i didnt fail. :] amazingly i still passed everything with flying freaking colors. i dont know how i managed that.

    sophomore and junior year-

sophomore because thats when i started the drugs, and i didnt give a flying crap about school.

junior because i was struggling with trying to stop drugs, an unwanted pregnancy (aborted), missing a lot of school due to being sick, was depressed, didnt want to be there at all.

freshman year was easy because i was just a happy go lucky kid.. senior year was easy because i had transferred to independent studies and that worked really well for me, and ive graduated early.

junior year was hard for me too. i had the hardest english teacher and my history teacher gave us really longggggg tests. but i got a C in both classes. SENIOR year was the hardest for me. i had the hardest english teacher(no surprise there) i studied for hrs and days to pass her tests, heck id even call her. i would make 40′s and 60′s. i remember one time i studied 2 weeks in advance for a test and i it was the first B i had ever made on a test in her class. i was sooo happy and she was too. i had an F 1st and 3rd nine weeks and a C 2nd nine weeks. i worried constantly that i wasn’t going to graduate. i would cry about it a lot too. i even made a zero on a quiz once that read for. i read a story 3 times and made a 28! finally i read another story (highlighted, circled, analysised) and made a 100. i finally got a 77(c) in her class this year and worked really hard for it. i have never worked so hard to pass a class in my life.

    Freshman year!

I slacked off a lot so I was constantly grounded. And I got involved with some people who I thought were my friends but ended up stabbing me in the back in a really bad way.

    Senior was THE best.

Grade 10. (I’m Canadian; we don’t do this thing of naming our grades, but just for you: sophomore.)

Grade 10 was where work started getting serious and I started taking science courses (bio/chem). And no spares! Now I’m in Grade 12, almost done, and it’s been SOOO easy. Only six courses (four spares!) and all humanities. I only have two exams this year! I already have a $10 000 scholarship so I don’t even really need to work. I just need to keep an 82% average or higher to keep my offer to uni…

I just finished my second year of college…and i can honestly say, none of my high school years were too hard. I went into all of them prepared and determined to my best and i seemed to glide by with ease, no problems whatsoever. I was friends with pretty much everyone, fit in with everyone…all of my teachers seemed to like me…i played baseball, football and basketball…i was valedictorian.

Now college was another story. During high school, i was always prepared and on track because my mom was always there. She was a planner and she loved always being 2 steps ahead of everything…so she helped me along. But she passed away the summer after my junior year. I was a hurting unit between grieving and being lost without my mother and getting ready for senior year and for freshman year in college. But then i met my girlfriend, and she brought everything together for me again. She is a lot like my mom was, a planner and a list maker…loves to take care of people. She helped me get back on my feet and prepare for my senior year and then all throughout my senior year, she helped me get ready for college (picking out classes, making lists for things i needed for my apartment). And now that we live together…she continues to help me daily, with just about everything. I’m not helpless, i just don’t plan or think too much ahead haha.

I would have been seriously lost without the help of my mom and girlfriend, they did a lot for me.

This year by far, my junior year. My freshman year was ridiculously easy, I made high honor roll without even trying. My sophomore year was a little more difficult but I got to take an elective and I liked my teachers a lot. This year the work load increased greatly. I didn’t take any electives and took all honors classes which I did the previous years too but it wasn’t until this year that I really saw the difference. I can’t wait till next year though. I only have like 3 serious classes and the rest I chose to take. Like digital photography, that should be fun. =)

Junior year by far! I’m so glad I’m almost done with 11th grade. I’m failing a few classes also, and I also did slack off, so I deserve it.(hopefully i pass all the classes) CLASS OF 2010! Let’s make Senior year the best of all:)

Well, I’m only a sophomore, but my school is way different. I have 8 classes instead of the typical 6. My extra two classes are related to our academy (Communication Arts, Medical, Biotech and Vet Med, Engineering, Culinary, Early Childhood Development, and Business and Finance). You would think this would make it a lot harder, but it’s been really easy. I have three honors (Chemistry, English, and World History) along with two medical classes (Medical Terminology and First Responder). We are also required to do community service each year which counts as a grade in one of our classes.
According to my English teacher, freshman year is typically your worst grades, sophomore year is the most depressing, Junior year is the hardest, and Senior year is the easiest.
