If I took your car keys and drove off, would you say "Mummy's sharing the car", no I'm a theif so is the child, if they don't bring food that's their problem, you should complain to the school.

I would definitely talk to the teacher - she should talk to the girl's parents, make sure she's getting enough for lunch. If she's not, she needs to be; if she is, she's being kind of a bully.

Good luck! Hope she backs off your little one and HIS lunch! :)
