I would definitely talk to the teacher - she should talk to the girl&#039;s parents, make sure she&#039;s getting enough for lunch. If she&#039;s not, she needs to be; if she is, she&#039;s being kind of a bully.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><!-- google_ad_section_start --><br
