How long after you lost your mucus plug did u go into labour?

A Parent asks, Im 39.1 weeks pregnant and lost my plug this morning (about 2 hours ago). Its my 3rd baby and i never recalled losing it with my previous two.

could take days
i never realized when i lost mine.. n if i did i might have thought it was a normal discharge
I lost mine 2 weeks ago .. Im due sunday .. so if that helps at all
it could be days to weeks, but with u being 39 weeks, probably soon, trying walking and having sex, that tends to put some women in labor, but i wasnt one of those lucky persons good luck
I lost my mucas plug at 38 weeks and 5 days. I lost it at 8am, well part of it. throughout the day i lost the rest of it and at midnight i went into full blown labor. I bled throughout the day too. i went in labor at midnight and i had my daughter at 730 am the next morning. Your about to go. pack your bag, call your family, get ready because the baby will be here in no time. Congrats and good luck.
You may notice an increase in vaginal discharge, particularly mucousy discharge. You may lose your mucous plug completely or it may break off a little at a time. If you lose your mucous plug and it is tinged with blood, this is considered bloody show. Although not always, labor usually begins within 72 hours of bloody show.
I went into labor about 3-4 hours after losing my plug. However, this is different for everyone and every pregnancy. Sometimes it can take weeks after losing the plug.
It took a couple weeks with my first and with my second child, it seemed that after I lost it, I kept loosing some of it daily for two weeks until I went into labor.
I went into labor 4 days after I lost mine.
Some women will lose their mucous plug or part of their mucous plug weeks before they go into labor. Losing your mucous plug does not always mean labor will begin shortly. Losing your mucous plug is a good sign that labor is on its way. Though, it could be days or even weeks after you lose your mucous plug before labor actually starts. Many women do not lose their mucous plug at one time; instead, they lose it more gradually. They may notice an increase in vaginal secretions weeks before they go into labor.
I went the next day
With both my previous pregnancy’s I’ve lost small bits and pieces about a month before labor.
With #1 I lost a huge chunk an hour before she was born.
Then with #2 I lost huge chunks 2 days before he was born.
I started losing my plug arounf 30 weeks. At 39 weeks 2 days I was induced and had my son via emergency c section. Its different for everyone.
i just lost my plug and i would like to know how long i have to go into labor?

I lost my mucus plug yesterday around 5 p.m. and have been having a lot of milky discharge since with some contractions that arent consistant…..normal??

I’ve had vaginal discharge through out the pregnancy, witch is normal but I know this isn’t any normal discharge it has to be a bit of the plug, how long does it take to fully come
Out n does it always mean that labour is round the corner?
Also do u have to lose the hole thing or even it o be blood type to go into labor?? Or it doesn’t matter?? I’m also 1cm dilated.. I was checked on Tuesday just gone!??? Pls answer
week 39, day 6 of hmy pregnancy and I have been losing my mucus plug for two days went to the doctor today and still only 1cm dilated and 50% effaced same as i was last week what can i do to help bring on the labour help please
