diet can have a big impact on menstration, are you very over weight or super skinny? Also like that girl said- stress. If it doesn’t kick in go see a doctor.

The way you’ve been eating. Or sometimes your body will just skip periods, due to stress or just because it wants to I suppose. Or it might [not to scare you just a thought] a cyst, my sister had really late periods all the time, and it turns out she had a cyst just forming in there all this time and now its twice the size of her bladder and needs to be removed. Watch out.

I’m sure you know these tests aren’t 100% accurate. They may be negative because its to early for them to spot a pregnancy from the level of hormones in your pee. A blood test will tell you for sure but that means a trip to the doctor.
A week late isn’t that long even for women with clockwork periods. By the time I’m writing this you’ve probably gotten your period already.
Stress and changes in diet can get you late and you’d be surprised at what your brain considers stressful. Worrying about being pregnant can add to your stress level making you even more late. I’d advise you to put it out of your mind for another week and do some light exercise every morning to further things along. Lots of luck to you.

Periods are tricky lol. It can get all wonky if your eating habits have changed, if your stressed or even if theres a change in the season! I would just wait, eventually, it’ll show up when it wants to.

    my periods 8 weeks late.
theres no chance i could be pregnant
so youve got nothing to worry about. if youve done 2 tests and theyre both coming back negative, then you can rule out pregnancy
it’ll probably be due to stress. even if you dont feel too stressed, even a little may affect it
