Q&A: How to tell the difference between early symptoms of pregnancy and pre-period symptoms?

: I think I am pregnant. I have been needing to go to the toilet lots and have very tender breasts, been feeling very nauseous but not actually thrown up, been experiencing headaches which is quite uncommon for me, been craving odd things that I don’t usually enjoy eating and also been feeling extremely tired when I’ve had at least 10hrs sleep. My period is due in two days. I am waiting to take a pregnancy test after I’ve missed my period (if I miss it). Any help would be much appreciated.

It all sounds promising Lucy,
My biggest syptoms (& still are at 13 weeks) are tiredness and peeing heaps especially waking up during the night to do so.
As distinguishing between pms symptoms and pregnancy it is hard. My boobs were always sore before my period so before I knew I was pregnant that was just normal for me.
I hope you get a + test result in a couple of days
the symptoms are exactly the same for me, I didnt find out till I was 2 weeks late and I didnt crave anything or any of the text book pregnancy symptoms, only thing I had after a week late was peeing in the night and that was it everything else just felt like my period would start any second.
it’s very difficult if not impossible to defirentiate the 2 i’d say. lol (not much help i know) the main one i found was the breast tenderness with my 1st pregnancy i never get it with my period and the peeing alot!!!
my second pregnancy i’d of swore blind i wasn’t pregnant and if it wasn’t for the test i’d of never know, the tiredness is normally a give away for me though it’s like no ohter tiredness i’ve know.

It sound like there is a very high chance of you being pregnant! Take the firstresponse pregnancy test.. It can tell if you are pregnant 6 days before your missed period. Please answer my question..(:
