Question by Tammra A: I have PCOS and diabetes. I have horrible menses and they want to focus on the diabetes instead of the problems with my periods. Anyone else have these issues?

Well I also have diabetes 1 but the mucus plug occuring when you have PCOS is kinda wierd mabye you should go to a gyno/obgyn.
Or just going on a hunch maybe your diabetes is not a severe as some people and your body still produces a bit of insulin so if your reciving insulin via syringe/pump on top of whats being pumped out by your body and if your on therapy(hormonal, pills, ect.) results in a abnormally high amount of hormones in you and your body could mimic some of the symptoms of pregnancy- mucus plugs, painful bleeding, swollen glands ect.
