epidural.
you can handle it.
Epidural or C-Section would probably be your best bet.
yep epidural
wow 6 weeks and already freaking out?? well as far as i know i am only 37w3d and i am in pain alot just from the pressure of everything, but contractions are bad but as soon as you get an epidural you will be in heaven!! lol good luck to you!!
first off you should take lamaz it will help alot you also need 2 b relaxed when going into labor and during the contractions….breath in through your nose and out through your mouth also …the butterfly position if u do that stretch for bout a minute or 2 everyday that should help a little =)
they have special medications for when labour is happening. to help with the pain.
on your birth plan you will be able to right down what you would like during labour and if needed.
Epidural which is recommend if needed.
God bless x
go to a child birthing class, stay in shape your muscles will help you handle it better, yes it is painful ut there are things they can give you for that but everyone can handle it they just do it the best way possible for them, just try to educate yourself to prepare so you can have some ideas what to expect although you will never experience anything else like childbirth
just think of your wonderful baby your bringing into your family. just relax and focus on you and your beautiful baby!
congratulations!:)
yes labor is very painful but everyone is different but yes they will give you something to help with the pain but by no means will you be able to have a baby painless you are bringing a life in to the world you will cope with it it will be fine when you hear the first cry it will be all worth the pain good luck and best wishes
well don’t all we women wish for a pain free labour.i too do not deal with pain too good. with my first i had epidural didn’t know to much of what to expect so i went with it.
my second i knew what was coming so yes epidural again and more screaming and yelling and my third came so bloody quickly i didn’t have time for any pain relief (still screamed and yelled alot)and now that i think about it – it really didn’t make a difference if there was pain or not cause once bubs is born it quickly fades away. you’ll be fine, i was still nervous about labour the third time. hope this helps just remember we are women! our bodies are meant for it. good luck
