A Parent asks, I knew that peanuts can be dangerous if your baby is allergic to them but didn’t know they can give your baby a lot of gas. So can a lot of other grains and seeds, too much dairy in mothers diet can also upset baby so what are some really good foods I should eat while breast feeding?

just eat your vegies and other healthy foods, make sure your chicken, fish and eggs are cooked properly and basically eat what you want your baby to eat
Lots of fruit, there is hardly any fruit that is bad. My wife likes plain food like spaghetti and bagels. She still takes her pre-natal vitamins which is important. Like you said stay away from gassy foods. If possible stay away from fast food. Its been hard on my wife but she hasn’t had any fast food since delivering Jan 31st. You don’t really know whats in their food. Drink lots of fluids too. Good Luck.
Granolas and salads and fruits. well balanced meals LOTS of water keep hydrated. vitamins arent for the baby they are for you mostly if you are eating good then you shouldnt need them but if you notice your hair is dry and skin and nails are brittle sometimes its because you are giving the baby all your vitamins from the food you eat and dont get any or only a few.
Lots of Fruits, Vegetables- & alittle meat & Dairy…-& you and your Baby will be Happy & Healthy!
lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits!
Just healthy food like when you were pregnant, lots of greens, protein, fluids, vitamins, etc. My baby doesn’t seem to mind me consuming dairy, which is great for me because I love it, but some of my nephews and my niece had some issues with it.
So, salads, chicken, steak, sea food, fruit, etc.
