I just run it through hot running water for about a minute. I feed it to her at about room temp.

It’s safe cold from the fridge, but make sure to shake/stir it up because like all natural milks it tends to separate.

If your baby doesn’t like it cold, you need to warm it up to @ body temperature.

Run the container under warm running water, or put the container (bottle?) in a bowl of warm water and replace the water when it cools.

Warming on a stove isn’t recommended as it’s too easy to overheat it, nor is the microwave recommended since it can create hot spots – and both methods can destroy the beneficial stuff in the milk.

What my mother did and what my son’s mother did as well, was to simply place the bottle in a pan of warm water for a while to warm it to a little over room temperature. I agree, NO microwave, just a warm water bath is all that is needed.
