Does anyone know any natural remedies for thrush that work well and can be used while breast feeding?

Question by K S: I had my second child by c section about 4 months ago, since then I’ve had a low immune system while my body repairs itself. Unlucky for me that means I’ve caught everything, needed lots of antibiotics and ended up with thrush everywhere. Lovely…
Can anyone help me? I want to get my sex life back but I dont want to infect my partner while I’m at it.

A glass of warm water, add 1 lemon juice and a little honey. Drink 3 times a day.
As topical application, apply a paste made from cinnamon powder and honey (1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey) wherever thrush. Honey is best natural antibiotic, antifungal and antiseptic too. there is a file honey.pps at

see the uses of honey there. author had personal experience of this in several fungal and yeast effections. especially rashes caused by antibiotics, wide spectrum anti-biotics heal quickly.
