Question by Mummy 2 Baby Ayesha: Ok guys, today i expressed milk on 2 different feeds. Refridgerated them in two seperate containers, is it ok to mix them together in one container? or do they have to stay seperate, because they have been expressed at two different times

combined, is it enough for one feeding? If so I’d go ahead and mix them. It’s not going to hurt anything. Just make sure you SWIRL the milk to mix it, don’t shake it.
They can be mixed together.
I do that regularly, I can often only express 2oz at a time and my baby will drink 4-5 oz from a bottle, so I mix them together. Hasn’t done my baby any harm!
Absolutely fine once, like you said, they are both at the same temperature. You shouldn’t add freshly expressed milk straight to refrigerated milk though.
you can mix them
