how much milk do i express?

Question by lil_faery_girl: how much milk do i express from my boobies to make a descent feed for my 5 month old? I am going out with my friends and i am breastfeeding and don’t want to use a formula just for one maybe 2 missed feeds
please advise me

    My 4 1/2 month old will drink 6oz every 4 hours. I hope this helps.
