What Is The Chance Of Conceiving During Ovulation And Very Fertile Days?

A Parent asks, My husband and I have decided to get pregnant again. We have 2 yr old daughter, and are wanting another child. My question is what are the chances of actually conceiving on peak ovulation days and on high fertile days?

    I am in your exact situation..currently 6dpo and waiting…
Personally, i find it very discouraging to read that under PERFECT circumstances you only have a 25-30% chance of concieveing. Unfortuanly, this seems to be true, but how can it make sense with the millions of teenagers who are getting pregnant only having unprotected sex a few times! And then here we are..taking our temp’s, invadeing our va-jay-jay’s trying to decipher cervical mucous…its sad, but true. I wish you the best of luck and hope you are in that 25-30 %
(thats just my little rant for the day…sorry!)

there is about a 20% chance to concieve with each cycle, and thats for a normal couple with no extra problems (pcos, low sperm count etc…)
