A Parent asks, I missed my period in the month of April due to stress etc only had a bit of spotting for a few days. Got a test done, was negative. So my doctor suggested i go on the pill & told me to start anytime because i was unaware of when i was due next. i started on 23rd April and im on my fourth sugar pill today. I hope it comes, but if it doesn’t come, does it mean im still adjusting to the pill?

Sounds to me like you are adjusting. I say wait a few more days and if you don’t get your period then go back to the dr for a test. Very unlikely that you are pregnant but better safe than sorry.
its common to miss your period of have it become irregular when going on the pill. If you’re really concerned, talk with your doctor.
once u start taking the pill you may not have your period at all. But even if a drop of blood comes, that was it. My gf and I had the same issue and the doctor told us that
yes, definitely. don’t worry, you body needs to adjust to a pill – after that you should be right on clock.
