A Parent asks, I am a little over 33 weeks pregnant. I am due Jan 11 and here recently I have started getting this feeling like I am going to start my period. I get cramping and back pain, the back pain varies from my lower back to the middle of my back! Is this normal?

no see your doc
You’re having contractions. You need to get off the computer and go to the hospital so they can check you out.
See your doctor.
Yes, sounds like contractions. If they start getting frequent and regular, you should time them. If they get closer then 5 minutes apart, it’s time to call your OB and go to the hospital.
Although since you are so early, you might want to call your OB anyway just to be safe.
This could be your braxton hicks contractions intensifying and if they are extremely severe you may be going into labor .. What your describing sounds like onset of labor pains or your bodies way of getting ready for birth .. Just monitor your feelings and if they get worse make sure you call your doctor or go straight to maternity ward .. Best of luck to you ..
I had them and asked my doctor and he said it was normal but check with your doctor to be sure.
it sounds like braxton hicks which is ur body having rehearsal/mock contractions, if ur waters brake or they become regular with mins apart go to ur hospital
it could be ,amy things the way your baby is laying braxton hicks stressed mussels carying your bubs or it could be contractions if you are worried at 33 wks maybe ring your hospital and talk to a mid wife and see what they say as it is always better to be safe than sorry. but i know the last 10 wks my bubs was sitting on my back and no amount of pain relief would help but hang in there
