Is it possible to have pregnancy symptoms like morning sickness a few days after conception?

A Parent asks, I have been wanting to get pregnant & my husband & I have had sex the past week almost everyday. I took a home ovulation test Friday & it was positive. Is it possible that I could already be getting morning sickness just a few days after conception? I woke up this morning feeling really sick.

No.. you won’t feeel anything until at least 2-3 weeks after conception because you’re not actually pregnant yet.
No, the hormone levels wouldn’t be high enough to cause symptoms until closer to when your period is due. And nausea from morning sickness isn’t usually the first symptom anyway, tender breasts and frequent urination usually come first, morning sickness often doesn’t start until 6-8 weeks for many women.
hey well it happened to me but now im kinda all over the place

No. It’s just your mind playing tricks on you. Mine does that too.
no sorry !
Everyone’s going to tell you it’s not possible, but a mother’s instinct is usually right. I had morning sickness a few days after I conceived, and then it went away a few days before my period was due. I took a test, and sure enough it was positive.
*baby dust to you*
Good luck and I hope I helped
