Well hindsight is always 20/20 so at the time I didn’t really think much of it. But tender nipples and breasts started around the day I missed my period. Second was extremely tired and by 5 weeks in I was only slightly nauseous in the morning…but it went away quickly. Eventually the nausea was horrible though and unmistakeable.
My cousin symptoms start after her missed period.Not every women get early.
I never did get sick with either one of my pregnancies. Tender breasts happen whether you are pregnant or not, and it’s impossible to tell if they are from PMS or pregnancy until after you miss a period/take an hpt. Some women simply don’t experience either one of those symptoms.

With my first it the nausea, vomiting, nasal congestion, dizziness, lack of energy; was around 8 weeks. With my second it was be for I got the plus sign.
i was having extreme fatigue a week before my missed period.. just really tired.. I thought i was getting a flu. I had cramping that felt like period cramps so i thought my period was coming. that was 2 days before missed period. I was nauseous and vomiting the day before missed period but i figured again that i was getting a flu. Im 8 weeks pregnant now and I still dont have sore breasts.. they are larger and heavier but not sore… I DO have morning sickness and the fatigue has stayed.
around 8 weeks along i think…not before my period although my boobs were sore
