Lots of walking, hot baths, and other things are suppose to help, but in the end. Only a doctor can “force” the child to come before he or she is due, other then that the baby will come when he or she wants.

sex doesn’t work, i had sex on jan 4th and my daughter wasn’t born until 15 days later on jan 19th and sex had NOTHING to do with it!! Also do NOT take anything and DO NOT run unless she has been jogging the entire pregnancy.

There is nipple stimulation or sexual intercourse. Primrose oil is also supposed to be good for starting labor. She can also see the doctor and maybe they will strip her membranes which also helps to get labor moving..

    Sex can induce her labor

tell her to hang in there. You might not want the baby to come early because the lungs might not be fully developed. The last trimester is the worst.tell her to take it easy cause she won’t get a break once the baby gets here..good luck!

First timers are usually late but if she wants it sooner she needs to walk a lot and I mean a lot a lot alot. Drinking hot chocolate milk can also induce labor but mostly long walks. I know it gets very uncomfortable in the last trimester, I was 18 days past my due date and I got to the point where I was leaving my doctor’s office crying every time she tells me not yet. I think she should let it come naturally, when the baby is ready, it’ll come out. And believe me later on, she’ll say: I wish he stayed inside longer loool.
