good luck

<br

Load up on All Bran, Metamucil, kiwi and fresh fruits and veggies for awhile. And keep downing the water. Don't be afraid to talk to your doctor and use an over the counter hemorrhoid cream or stool softener that is non addictive. It took me about a month, with reoccurrences of constipation here and there. I think at 3-4 months I felt normal again, but I admit that I might fight constipation more than many women. I must drink lots of water, etc. but now at 7 months post-birth, I'm recovered (not saying that it will take this long).

<br

And they were all surprisingly good and tasty! No more soup and jell-o for me, lol!

<br

Guess all that hardwork n pain has paid off;-) I went 3 days after the first two were born, but with the third I didn't go for a week cos I had the Castor Oil n went several times b4 he came out, so I was pretty empty afterwards.Lol... But I would suggest u take Metamucil three times a day or Sultana Bran with milk every morning. This will help regulate n soften things up a bit if u know what I mean. Cheers n all the best.

<br
